Your skills are yours — commercially
Everything you learn here is yours to use in your own business and for paying clients, for as long as you like. Build landing pages for yourself, build them for clients who hire you, and charge for your work. That is the point of Luxe Landing Pages, and nothing in this policy limits it.
Your work is yours
The pages, copy, offers, and other original work you create are yours, subject to any third-party rights and licenses that apply to anything you incorporate into them. We claim no ownership of your work, of general landing-page methods or ordinary techniques, or of work you create independently.
The materials are licensed to you
The Luxe Landing Pages materials — the lesson videos and text, the Landing Page Planner, the Copy Swipe File, the Build and Launch Checklists, the worksheets and templates, and the Luxe Landing Pages designs — are original works owned by Latasha Woods-Hicks · Luxe Landing Pages.

Your purchase gives you an individual educational license: learn from the materials, and work from them while you build your own pages. "Individual educational use" describes your license to the materials — it does not limit your skills (see above). The license is for you individually, is not transferable, and does not transfer ownership.
Please don't
- Share, copy, record-and-repost, give away, sell, resell, bundle, or repackage any course material — including the Planner, the Copy Swipe File, the checklists, or any template — as a freebie, a lead magnet, or a product of your own.
- Teach a course, workshop, or coaching program directly from these materials, or present Luxe Landing Pages wording, examples, or designs as your own work. (Teaching others later, in your own words from your own experience, is your business — literally.)
- Share your login or account access. One buyer, one student.
- Copy community content, or collect other members' names, posts, or contact details for use outside this community.
Using the skills to serve your clients is welcome. Handing a client our files is not — your clients receive your finished work, not our materials.
The Brand Starter Kit
The Brand Starter Kit (Workbook + Bonus Vault PDFs) carries the same license in download form: print the pages, fill them in, and use the Kit to build your own brand — including brand work you do for paying clients. What you create with the Kit is your own original work, with the rights in it yours subject to any third-party rights and licenses that apply. The files themselves are not for sharing, uploading, reselling, or repackaging, and not for teaching from. One buyer, one kit.
Other people's work
Some lessons and materials show, use, or mention tools, platforms, and content that belong to other people and companies — including Muse, Jotform, Calendly, Skool, Instagram, and Facebook, and any third-party examples or images that appear. Those tools, platforms, names, logos, and materials remain the property of their respective owners, are governed by their own terms and licenses, and nothing here gives you — or us — any rights in them beyond what their owners allow. Showing a tool in a lesson is teaching, not a transfer of rights, and does not mean those companies endorse Luxe Landing Pages.
If the line gets crossed
We keep this friendly and simple: if materials are being shared or resold, we will reach out first where we can — and access to the course and community can be removed.
