Both Luxe Landing Pages digital products — Build Your First Landing Page (the $47 course) and the Brand Starter Kit (the $27 download) — give you immediate access to digital educational content: lesson videos, downloadable workbooks, templates, and resources. Because that access is delivered in full at purchase and cannot be returned, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds because you changed your mind, did not use the materials, or did not complete the course.
Before you buy
Please review the product description and the purchase details carefully before completing your purchase, so you can be confident the product is right for you. This policy is shown before purchase — in each product's description and here — not only after enrollment.
Exceptions
You will receive a full refund — whatever the date — if:
- You were charged twice or charged in error;
- There is a technical or delivery failure we cannot resolve — for example, a course video or product file does not work and we cannot fix it, replace it, or otherwise deliver what you bought; or
- A refund is required by applicable law or by the platform's rules.
How to raise an exception
Email luxelandingpagessupport@gmail.com from the email address you used to purchase, with "Refund request" in the subject line. Please tell us which product you bought (course or Kit) and what happened — the duplicate or erroneous charge, or what failed technically. That is all we need.
How refunds are paid
Refunds under the exceptions above are issued through Skool Payments back to the original payment method you used to purchase. We will email you when your refund has been issued on our side. After a refund is issued, Skool's guidance is that refunds usually take around 7–10 business days to appear, depending on your payment method and bank.
Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable law. If the law where you live gives you a refund right beyond what is written here, that right still applies.
